Keynote Badge
Exploring Apple Teacher again this week and found out a lot about a cool application to make my presentations on it's called Keynote. Keynote starts you off with a page to choose a theme on. This theme isn't restrictive at all though, it just spices up your presentation. Once you have chosen one you can customize it completely to your liking with replacing graphics or completely removing them.
Next thing I learned about using the keynote iBook was how to zest up your slides and animations. So the animations control how you your text, pictures, animations and more onto your slides or off of your slides. They make the content look well put together because you can fine tune them with timing, delivery, and order options. Or you can simply control them with clicks. But it looks really nice when you only have what you are talking about at the time on the screen, or bring in the bullets one by one. Next are the slide transitions which is how every slide begins, there are so many different effects keynote provides. It can really boost your presentation and capture the audience all over again with each changing slide. I like it personally as a teacher being able to have a "hook" with each piece of the presentation.
The last thing I wanted to talk about is Instant Alpha. I've made quite a few presentations throughout my schooling years, and have you ever found that perfect picture but with a completely bogus background? Like so awful you can't even use the picture because the background ruins your color scheme or is distracting from the part of the picture that's important to the presentation? Well instant alpha solves that issue, with that you can get rid of the background and have just the key picture you liked in the first place! Amazing and by far my favorite part of keynote.
Below is my presentation about me using Magic Move hope you guys enjoy viewing it as much as I did creating it!
